1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and fu77 (hereinafter referred to as "fu77", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fu77 online betting and casino platform, accessible at fu77.io and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, "the Service").

By registering an account with fu77, accessing any part of the Service, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Service and close your account.

These Terms apply to all products offered by fu77, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and other markets), live casino games, virtual casino games, slots, crash games, and any loyalty or promotional programs operated by fu77.

2Eligibility & Registration Requirements

Access to fu77 and use of the Service is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older. fu77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• You are accessing the Service voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on fu77 or any other gambling platform.
• You have not previously had an fu77 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of a fu77 employee or partner organisation.
• You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

2.1 Registration Process

To create a fu77 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must not use fictitious names, false dates of birth, or any information that does not belong to you.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

fu77 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change to your account details. Acceptable verification documents include a national identification card (NID), passport, or driving licence. fu77 reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification has been completed.

3Account Management

3.1 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one fu77 account at any given time. Operating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, fu77 will close all accounts associated with the player, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. fu77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify fu77 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. fu77 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 Account Currency

All fu77 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and bet stakes are all expressed and processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol as used throughout the fu77 platform refers to the Bangladeshi Taka.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. fu77 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance. fu77 will notify the account holder via email prior to applying any dormancy fees.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimums

fu77 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. fu77 does not charge any fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that is registered in the same name as your verified fu77 account. fu77 does not permit withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per request. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

fu77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawal amounts exceeding ৳50,000. This may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven (7) days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your fu77 account balance.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

fu77 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. fu77 reserves the right to report any suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player concerned. Players must not use fu77 as a mechanism for transferring or concealing funds.

5Bonuses & Promotions

fu77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant bonus offer page, all bonuses awarded to a player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, maximum bet per spin or round during active bonus play, and withdrawal caps will be clearly stated on each bonus offer page.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

fu77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover any bonus or associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive manner. This includes but is not limited to: claiming the same welcome bonus via multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting any error in a bonus terms publication.

5.3 Loyalty Program

The fu77 Loyalty Program rewards regular players with points that accumulate based on real-money wagering activity. Loyalty points may be redeemed for bonus funds, free spins, or cashback credits at the applicable redemption rates published in the Loyalty Program terms. Loyalty points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire if an account becomes dormant.

• Loyalty points are awarded on real-money bets only; bonus money bets do not earn points.
• Points redemption rates are set by fu77 and may be revised at any time with reasonable notice.
• fu77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time.
• Points forfeited due to account closure or breach of Terms will not be reinstated.

6Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets offered on the fu77 platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other sports markets available on the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by fu77. fu77 reserves the right to decline any bet or limit the maximum stake on any selection at any time, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your account balance.

6.2 Odds & Errors

fu77 strives to publish accurate odds at all times. In the event that an obvious pricing error occurs (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), fu77 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect odds, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled. Players are not permitted to exploit obvious pricing errors.

6.3 Void Bets & Abandonment

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play time is reached, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and takes place within twenty-four (24) hours of the original start time. Specific rules for each sport are published in the fu77 sportsbook rules section.

6.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are offered on selected events. Live betting odds are updated in real time and fu77 cannot guarantee that any specific market will remain available throughout the duration of an event. fu77 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.

7Casino Games

The fu77 casino product includes slots, live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others), crash games (including Aviator by Spribe), virtual table games, and any other casino-format games added to the platform from time to time. All casino games are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

7.1 Return to Player (RTP)

Each casino game has a published theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the expected long-term percentage of wagered funds returned to players. RTP figures are indicative only and do not guarantee any individual result in any given session. fu77 does not manipulate game outcomes — all game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the respective game studios.

7.2 Disconnections During Play

In the event of a disconnection during an active casino game round, fu77's system will attempt to complete the round automatically based on the game's logic at the point of disconnection. The result of the completed round will be final. fu77 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

fu77 may apply maximum single-session winning caps on specific game categories or individual titles. Where applicable, maximum win limits will be displayed within the relevant game's information section or on the bonus terms page if a bonus is active during play.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fu77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent closure of your fu77 account:

• Operating more than one fu77 account, or assisting another person to operate a duplicate account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine manual input.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or knowingly benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to any sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any platform vulnerability for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit discrepancies between fu77 odds and those of any other operator.
• Using fu77 accounts for any purpose other than personal betting and gaming entertainment, including using the platform to launder money or transfer funds.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your fu77 account on your behalf.
• Engaging in any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward fu77 staff or other players.

9Responsible Gaming

fu77 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable entertainment environment for all players. We take our duty of care seriously and have implemented a comprehensive responsible gaming framework to support players who may be at risk of developing problematic gambling habits.

9.1 Player Welfare Tools

11Intellectual Property

All content on the fu77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, page layouts, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of fu77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fu77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any fu77 content without prior written permission from fu77. Any unauthorised use of fu77 content may result in account closure and legal action.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fu77 excludes all liability for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the fu77 platform, including:

• Losses arising from technical failures, platform outages, or interruptions to the Service.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information published on the fu77 platform, including odds, statistics, or match previews.
• Losses arising from third-party game provider errors, RNG failures, or data feed inaccuracies.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any indirect loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity.

fu77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

13Account Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your fu77 account by contacting customer support, provided that all pending bets have been settled and any active self-exclusion periods have expired. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of account closure will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

fu77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or if required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority. In cases of material breach, fu77 may withhold your balance pending investigation.

14Amendments to These Terms

fu77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fu77 will notify registered players via email or via an on-screen notification on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or for urgent security reasons.

Your continued use of the fu77 Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and close your account before the amendment takes effect. 15Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the general principles of contract law. fu77 operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make specific claims of regulatory approval from any particular Bangladeshi government body.

In the event of a dispute between you and fu77, you should first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. fu77 will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body at the discretion of fu77.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail.
